Marie
Marie McMahon is from the West of Ireland and has been visiting Portugal for more than 20 years. She is passionate about the beauty of Central Portugal, its landscape, its people and its culture. She is an Irish dance teacher and a member of Mountaineering Ireland. Growing up in Ireland she has walked the mountains, hills and valleys where she lives and now wants to share her Portuguese experiences with you. |

Peter
Peter Moore originated from Cumbria in England where he walked the Fells as a boy. When he isn’t in Portugal he loves walking in the Peak District National Park. Walking the Camino Santiago in the 1990s triggered his passion for history. Now running a Tour company www.templarknights.eu which specialises in Knights Templar and historic tours throughout Portugal. |

Sandra
Sandra Costa was born in Tomar and has worked and lived there and in Lisbon. Proud of the history and heritage of Tomar she loves to help people to understand its history. She is an experienced walker with a deep knowledge of Central Portugal. She was a journalist and Head of Communications for a UNESCO World Heritage site. A Graduate in Communication she speaks English, French and Portuguese. |
